The staff were friendly and helpful. I was upgraded to a suite due to an issue with the lock at my originally booked room. Overall the room was nice, but the shower was absolutely awful due to a fixed spray setting and open concept that gets water everywhere... The Mariott TV channel offerings were also subpar with a useless guide - though, the TVs themselves were decent 55" screens.
