"There were no luggage trolleys and staff did not care. There was no info in room about dining, pool or gym hours. Used pool and discovered damaged entrance ladder. Two rungs slipped and rotated leaving a cut and bruise on foot. Took two attempts at front desk for them to acknowledge danger. Final evening we chose to experience the “fine dining”. Ordered calamari, wine , Cesar salad and filet mignon. We’re told it could take awhile as there was a large group elsewhere. Fine. Never offered refill on wine. Never received salad. Had to ask for check. There was only one other couple in dining room. All in all this was an unsatisfactory stay that won’t be repeated."

"You can not choose a better location to stay in Gettysburg. The hotel is right on Lincoln Square and so convenient to restaurants, shops, ghost tours, walking tours, etc. We felt like we were part of history by staying here. The hotel is beautiful and super clean. The staff is friendly. Our car wouldn't fit in the garage so the staff helped us find an oversized spot for the night. The battlefields are just down the road."

"I did not like the fact that the “balcony” was on the first floor and it was basically a slab of concrete with a small fence around it. It was right by the outside so anyone could break into it if they wanted to so was not comfortable with this room. The staff was very accommodating on my uncomfortable feeling with the room and got me into another one right away. The rooms were clean and the property was very nice. Location was very nice area as well. Would recommend and would stay here again."
