When we arrived they said cable was out and they were working on it, only to find out it hadnt worked for days. The hot tub was also out of order and been for weeks, the room temp in the pool area was set at 60 degrees. So much for a relaxing weekend away with the kids.

When we got there we were told the hot tub was out of order. We were also told the tv’s were not working due to no signal. As our stay went on we had a slow drain in the bathroom that turned into water backing up in the sink from an unknown source. Needless to say our girls weekend had some flaws.

I called ahead and asked for early check-in. The front desk person asked me to hold and never came back to the phone. I called back and she confirmed I could check in early. I was going to a wedding and needed to get ready, so being able to check in early was important. When we checked in, we were given a room that was in the midst of being cleaned. Thankfully, another family member allowed us to use their room to get ready, but it was a massive inconvenience to them and to us, as we then had to repack everything to bring to our room once it was ready. The front desk agent appeared to be high or something, because when we saw her to discuss our room not being ready, she didn't even remember having checked us in literally five minutes earlier. The TVs weren't working due to some issue causing the hotel to have bad reception or something, and the whole building was under construction, so 60% of the parking spots were occupied by construction trailers and equipment.

Very comfortable and quiet. We have stayed here before and it seems to continually improve. There was so construction, but did not effect the stay whatsoever.

Hotel needs to be updated, hall carpeting has many areas that carpet is lifting(trip hazard). Nice breakfast room, good complimentary breakfast. However many of the chairs have food stains on them.
