Wont stay or recommend again

AC worked fine. Bottom sheet didnt fit bed. Bedding had cigarette burns, remote was broken in 1/2 and taped back together. The carpet throughout the hotel was filthy! It was a very unpleasant stsy.

Worst stay ever. The elevator carpet was filthy with stains everywhere. The room smelled like mildew, dust, and stale garbage. There was used shampoo bottle in the bathroom, rust everywhere, plaster on walls where fixes were made but not finished. Stains on the walls and floors. Cobwebs in the ceiling corners. Dirty bathtub. Blankets smelled stale and old. It was so dirty that I didn’t sleep in the bed but rather on top of my clothing from my suitcase. This place should be condemned or have a serious remodel

When I arrived and made it to my assigned room, we open the door and the beds aren't made, empty beer cans on the nightstand. Overall the property was really dirty, quite noisy strange people all around the building. I would not recommend this place or ever stay at this property again.

I was given a used room, it wasn’t cleaned, the bed was slept on felt like a dungeon. I asked for a new room. Better but quality was poor from what is shown online. I had to get picked up and leave, was not able to stay there. A lot of weird people around making the area and place feel unsafe.

Just steam clean the carpets!

It is getting quite rundown. Pool out of service. Carpets are soooo dirty and stained. Bed super comfortable. Breakfast ok. Waffles, two cereals, yogurt oikos.

So the first room 220 looked really nice,untill i found a spider on the pillow under the covers,i went down to the front desk with a picture of said spider on the pillow and asked the front desk person if they recently had problems with bed bugs and his very words were not too recently.he looked the picture and said thats a spider we can give you a different room,i said ok so onto room 115 not as nicely done but no bugs.but in the bathroom there was black mildew/black mold in the corners of the ceiling to walls and there was a plastic/rubberish strip at the bottom of the tub on outside to the floor thatcwas very nasty looking.1 of the 2 fluorescent tubes were not working and the pool was not usable as it was empty.

What a dump!!

Worst stay out of town ever! It was a Super 8 so I wasn't expecting luxury however I also wasn't expecting a dirty, unsafe room. I was traveling with my teenage daughter, I checked in and went to the room. The moment i walked in i knew it wasn't going to be good. The smell of urine was horrible, there were dead bugs on the bathroom counter and the door lock was broken. I went back down to the front desk and the clerk was less than friendly or understanding. I told him i felt unsafe in that room without a top lock and his response was "oh it's ok we've never had anything bad Halen l happen here" Unacceptable! I told him about the smell and he told me that it wasn't a pet room so it couldn't smell. I told him about the dead bugs. I asked him for a different room and his response was "you can check out but I won't refund you". We were there for a family event and it was late. After again telling him I felt unsafe he finally agreed to give me another room. The TV didn't work, there was mold in the bathroom, the faucet was broken and kept falling off in my hands any time we washed our hands. I wouldn't ever stay again and if i could've gotten a different place to stay i most definitely would've changed my reservation!!
