The room was super dingy, floor was rock hard like plywood with the thinnest carpet over it. We were told we were going in one if their nicest rooms.. the Microwave didn't work. The bathroom light was florescent with an abnoxious loud fan. No bath either. 2 stars are for the bed which was not bad comfort level and the nice staff. Would not stay here again.

This was supposed to be a non-smoking. There was obviously somebody smoking in the hallway and whenever I walk down the hallway, I had to smell cigarette smoke. Also in the elevator. It was so much that it aggravated acute bronchitis, and I had to start taking antibiotics. Going from the smell, this was probably marijuana also. I should get some reconsideration on when I paid.

The first room had a terrible smell so they gave us a new room. There was poop on the toilet seat and on the curtains! It was absolutely filthy. We are pretty sure there were drug deals going on and it smelled like pot. It was very scary being there. We packed up and left.

First room they gave us was under construction. (There was two beds one mattress and one box spring no flooring) when we returned to the desk he had to go check (like he had to make sure we weren't lying) second room was dirty (food, wrappers, used plastic utensils, even candy that ants were enjoying in the floor). When we found candy against the wall by the headboard I asked to move again Third room was better, at least it felt clean

Breakfast was a standard hotel breakfast bagels juice eggs sausage waffles yougurt and dont forget the coffee. The bed in our first room was broken went and told staff without hesitation they found us a new room and it eneded up being right across the hall. The pool was warm but slick pool coating was really smooth. Hot tub was amazing besides the fact the coating was cracking and in the hot tub.
