There were a number of issues in the room and on the property. The pool and hot tub were out of service ,the coffee maker was unusable, the shampoo dispenser was empty, the water pressure in the sink was like a high pressure fire hose, and frankly the whole place needs a major update.

The hotel is not in the greatest area. The room looked out dated. The card reader for the room looked like someone had tried to break it. There was some kind of dirt by the rooms front door, don’t think I would stay there again.

We appreciated the upgrade to the Presidential Suite! But it really did need some upgrades. The sagging wallpaper and the paper thin towels. And the water temp in the shower fluctuated so much it was a real challenge. But the bed was very comfortable and the staff was great.
