It was a nice stay, and the staff were accommodating. One downside was that when the restaurant is closed, you can’t get any cutlery. Also, if you lose a key card, there is an extra fee (Rp.100.000) , which is uncommon compared to many other places.

Beautiful property, food at the restaurant was great, pool was nice, but what really sets this place apart is the staff. Everyone was amazing. So nice, helpful, friendly, and just a delight. Everyone remembered my name, the restaurant staff remembered my food allergies, the cleaning staff left me little notes - they all elevated my stay to a level I have never experienced before.

I really enjoyed staying at the Swan Paradise with my family. We stayed in the 3 bedroom villa and we absolutely loved it. The AC worked great and the rooms were cleaned up nicely. Staff was excellent! Very friendly and welcoming. They were helpful to our every needs. The amenities were great too. My family loved using the pools. There was a big diving board which was cool.
