The lobby was filthy. Signs posted warning about NO PARTYING. Food was all over the carpet of the stairs. The hall was dimly lit. Room number was "Penciled" on the wall. Bed looked like it had not been changed and was poorly made up. Television had cable attached but was too poor to display a picture. I had expected a room like is pictured adjacent to this review. There was only a poor excuse for a bed and one chair, unlike the nice sitting area that I was expecting. A call was placed the cancel the reservation to the Travelocity Customer Service Center. I requested a refund and after about 45 minutes was informed that it would be up to the Hotel's Manager if I'd get a refund. I refused to stay there and went next door to the Holiday Inn Express. Questionable if I'll ever see my money again.

It was a convenient just off the interstate but the carpet in the bedroom was dirty and the caulk in the bathroom mildewed. Very musty smelling that got a bit better when we turned the air on but it always felt damp in the room. No vent in the bathroom did not help. The breakfast was substantial and very nice. And the staff were friendly and helpful, although there was no bedding for the crib, they had to give us a flat sheet.

Did not get the room I booked. Sofa bed was impossible to sleep on. Bathroom had mold. Repairs that had been made in room were ugly and utilitarian instead of conforming to decor. Comforter filling was a bunch of lumps and useless. Outside hotel noise can be heard inside room early in the morning. Breakfast smelled bad there was unappealing. Went to McDonald’s instead.

The pool area is absolutely disgusting as it looks like the floor hasn’t been swept in months or maybe even years. There are balls of black hair all over the place in the pool area and some of them are even stuck to the tile. Gross! When I brought this to the attention of the desk clerk she didn’t apologize for the situation. She just shrugged her shoulders and said she would mention it to the pool guy. Some other minor things include the fact that there were no bedside lamps in the room, the furniture was in really bad shape, and the WiFi was so slow that I ended up having to use the hotspot on my phone in order to stream movies on my laptop. Finally, some of the non-smoking rooms wreaked of cigarette smoke. Needless to say we had to change rooms.
