NO CATS OR OTHER PETS ARE ALLOWED IN THE HOUSE. • Do not eat food in the beds • Do not disrespect Neighbors • Please follow check-in and out instructions • Do not burn candles, incense or any other open flames. • Security system including the smoke detectors, doorbell camera and carbon monoxide monitors are installed for your protection. *Disabling or tampering with this system is a violation of the house rules and will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation. • Lock the door AT ALL TIMES. We want you and your things to be safe. • No smoking, vaping, or use of marijuana at anytime, anywhere on the property. Smoking will cause immediate cancellation of the reservation and a fine of $500. • No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays, get-togethers, hangouts and the like. • Do not have more guests than stated in your reservation and no unapproved visitors. • No Loud music or disturbances, especially noise past 10 pm. • We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur while on the premises. We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind. • FEES will be charged for the following instances: • Stained linens (towels and sheets) that can’t be cleaned will result in a $40 charge per item • Noise complaints will result in a warning and a second complaint will result in a $100 fine and cancellation of the reservation. • Lost TV remote control will result in a $100 Charge • Smoking of any kind will result in a $500 Charge • Unapproved Late Check Out fees: Every 30 min after 11 am is an additional $75. • $50 per night per person for each person that is not stated in the number of guests in your reservation.
