Staff was rude. Breakfast area very dirty. Room wasn’t ready at 5 pm when we checked in. Told staff and they claimed to not know. Told us to put sheets on the bed and we said no. Beautiful property but understaffed or staffed by the wrong people. Not worth what we paid.

Nice hotel, suite had 2 beds + sofa bed, full fridge, stove, pans, dishes, silverware, nice gated pool for little ones, only complaint pool was shaded by building/ a bit cold for night time swimming and the door from the pool to the lobby key access didn’t work, got locked out had to take long way around back in from pool, also hotels always confusing what smart tv apps are paid for and how to use each if not logged in when you turn on the tv
