The room was very clean, the staff were very nice and helpful. I’m terrible at names but the young lady at the front desk was super nice, friendly, helpful every day.

I paid and they said they did not receive a payment and they said they do not deal with hotels.com anymore. They said they did not have rooms. I am still waiting for a refund. This is appalling and very unprofessional.
