The accommodation was spotless. The host Ryan was really friendly and the breakfast was lovely and cooked to order. Location wise its on the high street with lots of parking very close by will definitely be my first choice of places to stay in Lerwick.

Lovely staff, presentable common areas, breakfast choices limited but a freshly cooked breakfast is offered. Unfortunately the rooms are super dated and old fashioned for a premium price over £150 per night. In the uk they would struggle to get £60 per night.

The view of the water was nice. The cleanliness was very good. The mattresses and pillows need to be replaced. That being said, I slept well. The hotel, however, is in need of TLC. The location was excellent. The staff we met was kind. We were grateful for the availability.
