The hotel is very clean and updated. I love that there is no carpet, the heater is well placed and maintain very comfortable temperature. However, it lacks some basic amenities for a hotel that is away from town. It lacks places to hang clothes and hanger, iron, ironing board, kettle/microwave. I also suggest adding complimentary drinking water. This will be extremely helpful for the guests, as the restaurant is not open and there's no store closed by.

It's very clean and basic and nice enough and the gentleman was friendly. Good TV service. It would be nice if it were more accommodating to travelers, especially as the restaurant and others were closed. Maybe have that area in the middle area with weeds and wildflowers be a picnic area instead of having tables on the asphalt away from the rooms. A common garbage can would have been helpful. I do understand that people will take advantage and be slobs, so it's just a suggestion. Also, having dusty, lone, conference center chairs outside the room was a little disconcerting, although other people were using them. I was awakened early in the morning by someone in the next room. People were put in rooms next to each other instead of spread out, so it was kind of inevitable.

This motel was recently remodeled. It was clean. Nothing fancy, Bed was comfortable. My wife and I stayed there for two nights and would stay again. The only problem that we encountered was that the television did not work properly (it would play for a couple of minutes then say check connection.

Outstanding staying in a totally remodeled motel
I’ve been staying at this motel throughout the years, and now it’s in its best shape after a full remodeling completed by the new owner. Room was super fresh and clean with laminate flooring and a totally remodeled bathroom. Excellent accommodation near Capitol Reef National Park.

Wanted to speak with the manager (owner?) but no one was in the office when I went by to check out. This is my first opportunity to do a review. The room was not worth what we paid. If I had realized the town of Loa was a reasonable option, since we were headed that direction, I would have tried to find lodging there.

Very nice updates to an older property - making it feel fresh and new on the inside. Lots of floor space in the room - I wish some of the newer hotels had this much space.
