"It was a bit difficult to find because Google maps sends you to the wrong location. That driveway into the hotel is closed. You have to enter on Via del Popolo. The hotel was very clean. The staff was very confident. Parking was very easy. The breakfast buffet was very good."

So kind and accommodating. They made the stay feel like home. The hotel was within walking distance of Parma for me (the hotel arranged a taxi when my partner went). The grounds were nice but I would have liked to have seen a little more care and flowers, though we may have been out of season."
