No elevator, not easy if you have large luggages. Bathroom is small, you can bumped your arms/elbows easy, lots of restrictions (like can't eat in your room, etc.)

Room was small but adequate. Bathroom was recently remodeled and shiny clean but very small. We slept well. They included breakfast and parking as part of the room charge so an excellent value. Only negative was no elevator so had to haul our luggage up 2 floors but we managed okay. Overall very good experience and the hotel is in a great location in town.

Budget Hotel, Convenient Location

Cons: Food standards for breakfast need to be monitored more closely, moldy bread placed out for hotel guests.
Hotel was in a convenient location of Interlaken. Room was clean and ready upon arrival which was nice. Staff that works in morning at breakfast not very friendly and I will say the reason for low rating on facilities is because at self serve breakfast area the bread for toast had mold on it I showed staff and they took bin and replaced bread, very scary shouldn't that be checked before it is even put out......Room was basic but adequate ground areas are nice very pretty outside area. Not impressed with cleaning staff either, we had the "STOP" tag placed on door for no service however they knocked on our door in morning which was frustrating....

very nice stay

Pros: Privacy, proximity, and security.
Cons: Elevator.
Location: The city center is about 5 minutes walk. Close to everything.
This is our second stay. Small hotel but nice, close enough to the city center. Breakfast is nice. Staff is helpful. No elevators though.
