Staff not especially friendly or helpful. Hotel not easiest to get to — don’t believe it when it says it’s 800m from the airport, it’s not! It’s 20 minutes by train & another 5-10 mins of walking.

Basic budget hotel located near the airport. No vending machines or anywhere to get a drink when on Sundays when everything nearby is closed.

For the amount we paid it was okay, booked to stay the night before very early flight from Berlin airport. Initially when booked we thought it would be walkable to the airport however this is not possible. Either need to catch tram or taxi. Room was clean and tidy although with a slight weird smell and bleach stains on the carpet
