With the three villages Caputh, Ferch and Geltow the Schwielowsee is a popular holiday resort since time immemorial.
Arguably the most beautiful part of a wonderful Havelseen chain of Schwielow among vast pine forests is beautifully embedded in the landscape of Brandenburg. Located at the southernmost point of the Havel run, he is one of the largest lakes in the state of Brandenburg.
In the immediate vicinity of the holiday home you find shops, post office, medical center and bus stops.
From here there are good connections with the line 607 to Potsdam and Ferch. With the regional train you can easily reach Berlin and Potsdam City, the flowers Werder / Havel and the surrounding area. Guests can go from the landing piers and ferry Castle by boat to Potsdam and Werder. Of the connection points of Ferch and Michendorf motorway (Berliner Ring) to go to jam, in a short time to Caputh.

Gute Lage für Besuche in Potsdam und Umgebung.

Wohnung war mangelhaft gereinigt.(Papierschnitzel und Zigarettenschachtel in der Schlafzimmerkommode. Brötchenkrümel auf der Arbeitsfläche der Küche. Bücherregal stark verstaubt. Die uns in Rechnung gestellte Reinigungsgebühr von € 140.00 (!) ist total überhöhnt und in keiner Weise gerechtfertigt. Es ist ein Unding, dass im Badezimmer kein einziger Handtuchhaken vorhanden ist und uns für 10 Tage jeweils lediglich ein Hand-u. ein Badehandtuch zur Verfügung standen. Wollen Sie uns bitte freundlicherweise mitteilen, für welche Leistungen eine Servicegebühr von € 120,19 erhoben worden ist.

Eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung. Sehr schöne Lage, nicht weit vom See. Es gibt leider keinen festen Parkplatz für das Auto, aber um die Ecke ist ein Einkaufsmarkt. Haben es dort dann abgestellt. Aber sonst alles Gut!

Toller Aufenthalt

Wir sind mit 3 Erwachsenen und 3 Kleinkindern gereist. Die Ferienwohnung hat uns begeistert. Sie ist super ausgestattet und super gut gelegen. Busanbindung nach Potsdam in 15min, die Anlegestelle der Fähre ist auch fußläufig zu erreichen. Gegenüber ist direkt ein großer Rewe-Markt zu finden. In Allem haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gern wieder. Als klitzekleine Bemerkung- über eine Teekanne hätten wir uns gefreut und der Dusch-Abfluss läuft etwas schwerfällig ab. Danke, Fam. Hätte es nicht eine empathische Nachbarin gegeben, stünden wir jetzt noch verschlossenem Quartier. Der mangelnden Sauberkeit haben wir selbst Abhilfe geschaffen. Die Möblierung und sonstige Ausstattung ist sehr zweckmäßig, allerdings ein wenig lieblos, die Technik funktioniert sehr gut.

Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter ist perfekt. Es stimmt Alles, sehr sauber und ordentlich. Die Lage ist einfach Klasse, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt vor Ort und eine Bushaltestelle. Man lässt das Auto stehen und nimmt den Bus in Richtung Potsdam und dann mit dem Zug weiter nach Berlin. Besser und entspannter geht es nicht, zwei wunderschöne Städte unkompliziert und schnell zu erreichen. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Lg

Wir fanden es toll!

Es hat uns hier sehr gut gefallen. Caputh ist ein wunderschöner Ort und er hat uns voll begeistert. Vor allem das Wasser war für uns faszinierend. Den Spaziergang um das Caputher-Gemünd war sehr toll. Sogar die Fahrt mit der Fähre war für uns ein kleines Abenteuer. Auch der Caputher See ist einen Spaziergang wert. Leider haben wir es nicht um den ganzen See geschafft. Was uns leider zu unserem Früstücksglück gefehlt hatte, war ein Toaster. Aber vielleicht kann man dieses Manko am Glücklichsein ja auch aus der Welt schaffen. Im großen und ganzen eine wunderbare Unterkunft, ein interessanter Ort und ein schöner Urlaub!

Gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung

Wir waren zu viert kurz nach Silvester in dieser schönen Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet, hat einen schönen Kamin und liegt nahe an einem REWE mit Bäcker. Die Ausstattung der Küche hat keine Wünsche offen gelassen. Insbesondere finden wir gut, dass die Küche nicht radikal leer geräumt werden muss. Man kann sich also z.B. das Salz mit anderen Mietern teilen. Die Betten waren schön warm, die Handtücher flauschig und selbst der Fön ist ein sehr brauchbares Modell! Auch die bereitstehenden Bücher und Spiele haben uns gute Dienste geleistet! Wir fanden es sehr schön und würden wieder kommen!

Gemütliches und geräumiges Haus

Wir haben mit fünf Personen gut im Haus Platz gehabt und uns sehr wohl gefühlt: Spaziermöglichkeiten sind da, und das Haus, ist sehr schick, aber nicht überkandidelt eingerichtet. Betten sehr bequem, kleine Musikanlage vorhanden, sogar Bücher, die Spaß machen zu lesen (Tony Morrison, Wladimir Kaminer etc), auch TV, aber die Glotze haben wir nicht gebraucht. Echt empfehlenswert.

Schönes Ferienhaus in zentraler Lage

Die Remise ist modern eingerichtet und liegt zentral mit guten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Zum Wasser und zur Fähre ist es nicht weit. Ein Parkplatz steht vor dem Haus nicht zur Verfügung, aber beim in der Nähe gelegenen REWE Markt kann man im Einfahrtsbereich parken. Ab 6 Uhr nimmt der Verkehr zu. Die Helligkeit der Laterne vor dem Schlafzimmerfenster stört etwas. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, man ist ungestört und die Wohnung bietet alles was man benötigt.
