Geilo Hotel
Room was nice and clean with very comfy bedding and a gorgeous morning view of the ski hill. Dinner was delicious, and the staff were very kind and quick to assist.

Vestlia Resort
This is a ski resort,but we were there in June. Nice rooms,excellent restaurant and very easy parking! Not much around the hotel itself,but it had a lot of activities. Pretty much halfway between Bergen and Oslo if you are driving.
