We booked this charming little house for my daughter’s graduation at ISU. This house was absolutely perfect for our family, and while there was a blizzard going on outside, we were able to entertain ourselves in the party garage, as it was full of fun games!

The hotel is a delightful old building, with high ceilings and lovely woodwork. And while old, it is clearly well-maintained. The bed was quite comfortable, with sufficient pillows and the bonus of an extra blanket. All in all, a very nice place to stay.

The rear entrance had a key/card security lock but the latch was broken so anyone can get in. And the room extra security lock on the door ( the chain lock) was broken. It appeared as it was forced open at some point

Free WiFi in public areas is provided and the front desk is staffed around-the-clock.
They have updated the place! It was very clean, spacious and beds were comfy. It’s 2 floors (NO ELEVATOR) with plenty of close parking. Nice desk clerk on 2nd shift. I would stay here again if needed They do need to upgrade towels-but they serve the purpose
