Großzügige Wohnung
Es handelt sich zwar um eine Souterrain- Wohnung, aber durch die Größe der zur Verfügung stehenden Räumlichkeiten fühlt man sich nicht beengt. Vorallem das Wohnzimmer beeindruckt durch eine individuelle Einrichtung und seine Fläche. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem ruhigen Viertel und ist dennoch verkehrsgünstig gelegen. Die Ausstattung ist durchdacht und modern. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Grenzwertig
Vermieter und dessen Bruder waren freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Wohnung wegen ihrer Lage (Untergeschoss) ein "Segen" in diesen heißen Tagen. Sie ist mit interessanten Dingen (Antiquitäten und Ölgemälde) eingerichtet und recht gemütlich. Leider ist sie recht staubig und schmutzig, besonders die Küche. Wir können sie deshalb nicht weiterempfehlen.

Nie wieder FeWo-direkt
A - Kurzfassung: UNTERIRDISCH B - Normalversion: Die Adresse des "Domizils" ist nicht wie angegeben Pfalzstr. 13, sondern der Keller (DER KELLER!!!) des Hauses Weinheimer Str. 26. Dieses schöne Haus wird auch auf ihrem Werbebild gezeigt. Das von uns bewohnte Kellerloch hatte Fenster, die mit den Balkonen der darüberliegenden Wohnungen überbaut sind. Folge: Tageslicht "0", der Himmel nicht zu sehen. Vielleicht auch gut so, dann sieht man nicht den ganzen Dreck und Staub.Handtücher: Fehlanzeige; auf Nachfrage zwei alte Handtücher erhalten. Geschirrtücher und Klopapier haben wir uns dann selbst gekauft. Die versprochene Terasse/Patio ist nicht vorhanden! Das nur sehr spärlich vorhandene Besteck und Geschirr war schmutzig und die Beschichtung der Pfanne zerkrazt und unbenutzbar. Ein von uns nachgefragter Tausch gegen eine andere FeWo war nicht möglich. Bei unserer Abreise gegen 10.30 Uhr war der Vermieter "Alex??" nicht auffindbar - warum wohl? Seine Telefonnummer wollte er uns ja nicht geben. Wenn FeWo-direkt ein solches Kellerverlies mit geschönten Bildern und geschönter Beschreibung im Angebot hat werden wir nie wieder bei FeWo-direkt buchen und können dies auch niemand Anderem empfehlen. Schöne Unterkunft (nicht für Kinder und Senioren geeignet)
Die Buchung, Ankunft und die Wohnung an sich sind hervorragend. Leider gibt es im Haus und im Vorgarten offene Treppen teilweise ohne Geländer, die für Kinder und Senioren gefährlich sind. Sturzgefahr. Sonst super freundlich und alles wie beschrieben!

sehr gut als Unterkunft für Montagetätigkeit
2 Wochen Dienstreiseaufenthalt, 1 Person + sehr viel Platz + komplett eingerichtete Küche (Herd, Backofen , Mikrow., Spüler, Kühlschrank, Utensilien) + gutes WiFi + optimaler Parkplatz + ruhige Wohngegend + gute Kommunikation, netter Kontakt mit Vermieter + separate Wohnung, + Zugang via Terrassentür (leider nicht abschließbar) - wenig Tageslicht - erwartungsgemäß, da Souterrain FAZIT: sehr empfehlenswert, viel besser als Hotel oder Pension - für Selbstverpfleger die eine ruhige Unterkunft suchen !
