Clean rooms, there was a mix up over our room but it was soon sorted. Owner was really easy to get hold of and Sophia who greeted us at the property was great, really helpful when the cat park pass didn’t work and gave us a choice of rooms. Thank you

Apartment misrepresented when compared to vrbo website. Some appliances either missing or broken. Lack of english speaking staff. Had to pay 40 for internet which should have been free. No bath tub as advertised. Very, very disappointed - would not recommend at all.

We arrived after midnight due to our flight arrival time, and was asked to pay 50 on arrival on top of what i had already paid. I had sent an email explaining our flight got us in late & I have 2 small children with me, so 3 of us. No bed was made up for me when we arrived. On arrival only 2 beds where ready for us after traveling since the afternoon we were all exhausted. The man who meet us to give us the keys pulled out a drawer under the sofa for me to sleep on with no bedding or mattress protector. When I asked for bedding I was given a sheet. He spoke no english at all! No pillows or bedding just a sheet. Its absolutely boiling in the apartment. NO batteries in the air con remote control, the next day I used the tv remote batteries. Air-conditioning was not cold, only cooled the room slighty. The noise level from the guests opposite was unbareable at 5am onwards! We got locked inside the apartment, the key was stuck, someone had to come & get me out. There is no light in the lounge/klitchen, just a small light from above the cooker. The dinning chairs have no strength in them & I nearly fell straight back as they give way. The toilet seat has a huge crack init & has been glued together. No chairs or anything on balcony, just bare. I paid almost 300 for less that 30hrs, no sleep, & not even toilet paper.

Apartamento muy funcional, buena ubicación, buena comunicación.Sabanas limpias! Gran piscina y terraza.Problemas: Baño no estaba limpio y no había absolutamente nada para limpiar.Tele no tenía mando, y el mando del aire acondicionado estaba sin pilas.Por lo demás bien.

Bastante regular

Mucha suciedad en general, no había productos de limpieza (lavavajillas, estropajo, bayeta y trapo de secar) y los 3 ascensores eran un desastre, siempre funcionaban mal y tuvimos que subir y bajar varias veces en los 3 días de estancia a un piso 20. Tras insistir mucho conseguimos algo de jabón de limpieza y 2 estropajos. El empleado que nos dio las llaves estuvo siempre muy atento.
