Booked a hotel with one purposely, for some relaxation due to sports injuries, and the hot tub was only warm (not hot), and the jets were pretty weak. Food service was fine, and the room was great. I would consider staying again, but not 100% sure.

No tabels next to beds. Extremely small bathroom. Blinds/curtains don’t cover entire window so at 6am you’re up with the sun. Pool/ hot tub very nice. For an expensive hotel much more is expected

The servers in the restaurant hands down made our stay so amazing !! Breakfast every morning and top notch service and the food especially the breakfast bowl the chef whipped up amazing !! Thank you for a beyond pleasant stay !!

We have stayed at this property a dozen times and I was disappointed the last 2 times. They now charge for parking which it use to be free stating that it is because of the concerts at the amphitheater (no concerts currently because it’s winter). The hot tub the last 2 visits has been luke warm. When we showed up this past Thursday the pool and hot tub were closed which for our kids is a big deal. It was very noisy the first 2 nights of this visit with people yelling in the hallway during the middle of the night. And lastly they are suppose to service the room every other day and they did not this visit until I called. I use to love this hotel and we frequent Bend often but I think it’s time to find a new place.

The hotel itself is great and immaculate and the rooms are top quality. But this property makes you pay $20 to use their parking lot. Not a covered garage, mind you, but a parking lot that other hotels do NOT charge you for! This parking fee is a rip-off and an insult to their guests!
