Looking for a Fairway Village Condo? This is one of the largest units in Fairway Village with over 1500 Sq. Ft of living space.

This thoughtfully decorated condo gives a sense of charm from the moment you step on to the porch, with cozy seating to welcome you. As you enter the home you'll notice the vaulted ceilings, natural light and charming art in the great room layout. The living room has a new gas fireplace, wine fridge and large TV and is adjacent to the dining area and kitchen where you'll enjoy stainless steel appliances, and all the tools you'll need to whip up a gourmet masterpiece.

The spacious ensuite bedroom is on the first floor with large bathroom, tile counter tops, tile shower and access out to the hot tub and swimming pool from this bedroom. A second bedroom featuring two twin beds and work station, completes this level

Head upstairs to find he second ensuite bedroom with queen sized bed and attached full bathroom. When you're looking for a spot to chill after a long day of adventuring in Sunriver, check out the bonus room with a workstation, large tv, PlayStation and sleeper sofa.
