You are on the Deschutes river. Your back door opens to a deck and then to the Deschutes river, there is a dock right outside your back door for access to the river. The townhome is newly remodeled with everything brand new from foundation to ceilings, all of the appliances. Beds are brand new all of the linens absolutely everything in the house is brand new. You will want for nothing when you stay in this townhome it's extremely comfortable & stylish. Winter time come Ski the mountain and play in the snow. Summer time Come float the river kick back and relax. Our back yard deck leads you to the dock and river access for you kayak, canoe our float equipment. There are walking and bike paved through River Meadows our neighborhood resort. Tennis and pickle ball courts, a pool and play ground, exercise room. Extra guest parking just across form our driveway. walk out your front door and go to the pool. Walk off your back deck to get to the river. Awesome location for a great Vacation. 22 mile from downtown Bend Oregon.

This is a wonderful home. Right on the river. It has everything you need for a great vacation. We will certainly rent this property again. One of the best places we have rented.

We were very happy with this property. Upon entry I was pleasantly surprised at how nice the place is. Sometimes, you get to a place and it feels dingy - but not this place; it was very well kept up, clean, comfortable, had everything you needed and more and the view was the best. Communication with the host was on point. The king size bed was comfortable - another important thing for us anyway. The location is awesome and we enjoyed going down the Deschutes river in Kayaks we rented just down the road. We will be back next summer for sure! Love it!!
