Tops for an extended stay

First and foremost is cleanliness, as is the case with any rented/leased accommodation, and this property absolutely met expectations both upstairs and down.Property presents vs. pictures and description and how well equipped it is. Also here property fully meets expectations. It looked exactly as presented and was very well equipped. In fact, my impression was that both inside and out it looked almost new.Location - in a nice very well-maintained neighborhood, practically located close to access to the major roadways that dominate traffic in Bend. In other words, you can quickly get to any place in Bend and beyond from the property and that is a big plus.Arrived, the management company: I found them courteous, professionel, quick to respond and generally very helpful and good to deal with. So, no drawbacks? Well, it depends on your point of view and needs. I found that my Ford Bronco only just barely fit in the garage, so anything bigger has to park in the driveway. There is something about street parking not being allowed, but I observe several residents clearly ignored this on a daily basis so maybe you can to?US Mail (USPS) has been turned off for this property, so if you want things delivered it is best to select a method that is no way involves US Mail, or you may not get it. The property is very brown :-) the owners would do well to brighten up the place, but that said it is a comfortable and well-functioneing property and I would stay there again.
