About this property

Risa Cabin: Private Lake, Hot Tub, Ideal for Families

Bend has become one of the most popular destinations in the Pacific Northwest, and Risa Cabin offers a unique experience for you to enjoy the area in all its splendor, without even leaving the property if you so choose.

Set on 9 private acres with its own lake, this property gives you room to breathe, connect, and slow down, while still being a short drive from downtown Bend, the Deschutes River, and Mt. Bachelor.

This configuration includes the Main House plus the attached Annex (ADA-accessible suite), providing 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms across two connected but separable living spaces. It’s an ideal setup for multi-generational families, groups traveling together, or guests who need accessibility without feeling isolated.

The Main House features a spacious, well-equipped chef’s kitchen designed for real cooking and shared meals, along with multiple comfortable living areas. Sleeping arrangements are flexible and family-friendly, making it easy to accommodate couples, kids, and extended family.

The Annex is a fully ADA-accessible suite with a private, ramped entrance, accessible bathroom, bedroom, and living area, all on one level. It can be closed off from the Main House, giving guests independence while keeping everyone under one roof.

Step outside to enjoy the property’s standout features: a year-round hot tub, outdoor firepit, grill, and direct access to the private lake. Spend your days exploring Bend’s trails, rivers, breweries, and ski slopes, then return to quiet evenings under the stars with no neighbors crowding your view.

Guests have full access to the Main House, the Annex, and all outdoor amenities. The garage, A-frame cabin, and barn remain locked. This setup offers the perfect balance of privacy, accessibility, and together time, with the option to book the full lodge for complete exclusivity.

Please note that owners may occupy the other upstairs unit "The Nest". There are no shared indoor spaces in this scenario. If you would like exclusive access to the entire lodge, please book all 6 bedrooms (listing on profile).
