Trailside Studio Near Downtown and Mt Bachelor

This dog-friendly studio in Bend opens directly onto the Haul Road Trail and sits just 2.5 miles from downtown and the Old Mill District. Mount Bachelor is 20 minutes away for winter skiing, while Widgi Creek Golf Course is 5 minutes out for summer rounds. The kitchenette, king bed, and private entrance make this a great fit for couples or solo travelers.



The Space:

The studio features a king bed with premium linens and a full bathroom with a walk-in shower and single vanity. The kitchenette includes a small refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, and kettle. A café table seats 2 for meals or morning coffee. The living area has a plush sofa and smart TV with streaming.

❄️ Winter visitors can hit Mount Bachelor in 20 minutes or snowshoe at Wanoga Sno-Park in 15.

☀️ Summer brings golf at Widgi Creek 5 minutes away and miles of biking on the Haul Road Trail right outside your door. Bike rack storage is provided at the entrance. The unit has central AC controlled by Google Nest. One small dog is welcome for an additional fee. Parking for 2 vehicles is available in the easement on the side of the home. No laundry facilities are in the unit. The owner lives in the main home above with a separate private entrance. One external Ring security camera monitors the front entrance and driveway.

Guest Access:

This lower-level studio has its own private entrance. Parking for 2 vehicles is available in the easement on the side of the home. AWD or 4WD is required during winter months. One external Ring security camera is mounted at the front entrance and actively monitors the exterior and driveway. The owner resides in the main home on the property with a completely separate entrance and will not impact your stay.

🐾 Step out your door and onto the Haul Road Trail, which extends for miles and connects to the Deschutes River Trail for longer adventures. Bike and ski shops like Powder House, Pine Mountain, and Mountain Supply are within 2 miles. Downtown Bend and the Old Mill District are 2.5 miles away with shopping and dining along the river. Sparrow Bakery Northwest is 3.5 miles out for their famous Ocean Rolls, and the Victorian Cafe is 3 miles away for brunch. Wild Rose Thai and Sen Thai Noodles are both 3.5 miles from the studio. Avid Cidery is 3 miles out, and the Podski Food Carts are 3.1 miles away. The Downtown Bend Farmer's Market runs during summer months 3.5 miles from the home. Widgi Creek Golf Course is 5 minutes away. Wanoga Sno-Park with miles of ski and snowshoe trails is 15 minutes out.



Getting Around:

Mount Bachelor Ski Resort is 20 minutes from the home. Downtown Bend is 2.5 miles away, and the Old Mill District is 2.6 miles out. Widgi Creek Golf Course is a 5-minute drive. Wanoga Sno-Park is 15 minutes away for cross-country skiing and snowshoeing. Mountain biking trails are 2 miles from the studio. The Bend Ale Trail is 4 miles out.



Other Things to Note:

• Pets welcome! $35 per pet per night (1 small dog maximum). Message us to add to your reservation. Please keep your pet on a leash and pick up after your pet.

• Washer/Dryer: Not available

• Parking: 2 cars maximum in the easement on the side of the home (no driveway parking available)

• Maximum occupancy is 2 guests at all times during the reservation

• AWD or 4WD required during winter months

• The owner resides in the main home on the property with a separate private entrance and will not impact your stay

• One external Ring security camera is mounted at the front entrance and actively monitors the exterior and driveway

• Thermostat is controlled by Google Nest (Central AC). During winter months, do not set above 70 degrees. During summer months, do not set above 72 degrees.
