Enjoy a stylish 3-bed, 3.5-bath townhome with a finished basement in State College, PA—just 7 minutes from Beaver Stadium, Bryce Jordan Center, and Penn State campus. This newly built home features a spacious open layout with current and stylish furnishings, under-counter icemaker for large coolers and a welcoming atmosphere—ideal for visiting students, families, or Penn State fans.

Primary bedroom with a king bed, ceiling fan, end tables and a desk with a smart tv. Also includes an en suite full bathroom with a walk-in shower and double vanity. Towels, blow dryers, shampoo, conditioner and soap are included for your convenience in each bathroom.

Second bedroom includes a queen canopy bed with end tables, a ceiling fan and two decorative mirrors.Third bedroom includes two twin beds with sconces for reading and a decorative nightstand for additional items.

The second and third bedroom share a full hall bathroom, which features a shower/tub combination.

The home also includes many amenities on the first floor, such as a 60 inch round dining table with corner nook that comfortably fits 6. There are 3 stylish bar stools on the kitchen island for additional seating. The family room includes a comfortable sectional with an additional sofa chair for watching a 65 inch tv with Sonos surround sound. Just off the family area, enjoy a bar area that includes all accessories for an afternoon cocktail or beverage of your choice. Just off the family room, there is a sliding glass door onto a deck which include 4 swivel gliders and a 36 inch gas fire pit and Weber grill for your entertaining purposes. Downstairs, guests will enjoy a finished basement which includes a full daybed, 3 seater couch with chaise, sofa table with three bar stools, 2 additional bar stools with a cocktail table and a full bathroom with a shower. The basement also includes a 55 inch tv, with a stylish media console and Sonos surround sound.

This home also includes a fully stocked kitchen with calphalon pots/pans, air fryer, nespresso coffee maker and separate drip coffee maker, Fast Wifi-Internet, Sonos playbar and ray for televisions, Gas fire pit, Exterior security cameras for your safety, Schlage lock on front door for easy access into the house and a washer and dryer.

We had a great stay at this house! It’s brand new and has everything you need, it felt like home.The furniture and beds were very comfortable and the Sonos entertainment system and WiFi worked flawlessly. We loved the Nespresso coffee machine!The location was perfect, we had quick access to both Penn State campus and restaurants downtown.We will definitely be back!.
