Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
This is a terrible hotel. The air conditioning doesn't work, and there's no storage for clothes. I booked a 10-day stay with my wife and child. When I saw the room, I decided to leave. The receptionist told me to contact Hotels.com for a refund. After contacting the agency, they told me the hotel refuses to issue a refund. So I lost almost $500 USD. It was a really bad experience.
