Main complaint was the air conditioning was weak and didn’t cool the room at all even on full power. Made the room stuffy and uncomfortable even though the outside was cool. Windows only open partially and traffic noise comes in so it was not a good alternative. Called reception to request a fan but it was unavailable. Proximity to airport and free shuttle was the main reason we chose this hotel.

This is so convenient. I arrived at 2:00 AM, but there was no problem with the shuttle. It arrived EXACTLY as scheduled — just outside Door 7 of Terminal 3. I will certainly stay here again. The staff are delightful.

The room is a sauna, the temperature is set to 23C and won't go any lower, doesn't matter at what temperature you set it to. Did the job for one night but we were sweating all night. A joke to be called five stars.
