Updated rooms and convenient location

Pros: Rooms and breakfast.
Cons: Bigger swimming pool.
Location: The location was so convenient with easy access to highway. We were able to cover all nearby attractions.
Rooms are updated, clean and spacious. The hotel was very conveniently situated close to many stores and restaurants. Breakfast was consist of many various kinds of choices. During the first few days of our stay the water heater for the indoor pool was broken. Some other kids were still swimming but it was too cold for our kids so they could not enjoy. But the front lady suggested that we could go to any of other two hotels next door and swim. So, we went to the one and they were able to swim in a bigger pool with whirl pool. They really had fun.

Great hotel and great price.

Very clean. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was beautiful and clean. Breakfast was 5Star.

Really nice modern property with friendly staff

I stayed at this hotel for a couple of nights for my son's wedding. I had never stayed at a Springhill Suites before, but I will again. The property was very modern and clean, and the staff could not have been nicer or more helpful. I had prepared some information about travel options for the wedding (it was in Occoquan, which has limited parking, and it was supposed to be a downpour) and the staff was very helpful in making sure the wedding related guests got copies, etc. The room was spacious and clean,and the bed was comfy. I thought it was overall a great value and I would stay here again. My thanks to the staff.
