Never had this before. Was forced to provide credit card details - because I’d booked through Expedia?… she proceeded ..."

The Dolphin
"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Wonderful Stay at The Dolphin Hotel I have just had a lovely stay at The Dolphin Hotel with my sister, and we wanted to share how wonderful our experience was. From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcome and well looked after. 朗 The breakfast was absolutely amazing, and our evening meal was really lovely too. Our room was beautiful, and we were delighted with the upgrade — thank you so much! It made our stay even more special. A special mention to Erin, who was such a lovely young lady. She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and made us feel so well looked after. Nothing was too much trouble for her, and her friendly, caring service really stood out. Also, a big thank you to Will, who was so polite and friendly. He works incredibly hard, and nothing was too much trouble for him. He was kind enough to carry our heavy suitcases down the stairs for us when we were leaving, which we really appreciated. Such a lovely gentleman! I would also like to give a special mention to Harry, the duty manager, who checked us in and even carried our suitcases up the stairs for us. What a lovely welcome! Thank you so much, Harry, for all your help and for making us feel so special. Thank you to the whole team at The Dolphin Hotel for making our stay with my sister so enjoyable. The food, the room, the service and the wonderful staff"
