"You know what it’s like to look at a home & location online, book it, & then hope it’s going to be everything that you were thinking it would be. Villa Marjorie is everything that it is advertised! The home itself is lovely & very well appointed. Beds are super comfortable, we had everything we needed in the kitchen, & it was very warm & inviting.We had plenty of beach towels, floats, beach chairs, & the two kayaks were great fun when the water was calm.The location is exactly what we’ve been looking for & will be returning to over and over. The big porch, facing right out to the water, was AMAZING for coffee in the morning, dinner at night or just to sit and relax & look at that beautiful blue water. It’s almost like having a private beach as there is no public beach access close by so you only have about 12 other rental homes & very few people around. Lots of beautiful beach to walk on & explore.The location is also super convenient, only about 7 miles south of the airport & not far from the Fish Fry, groceries & Georgetown. We found it to be ideal.The communication with our host was exceptional! Always very responsive, brought us anything that we needed, gave advice when we asked for it. I absolutely love good communication! And she checked in with us during our stay to make sure everything was going well.If you are looking for a beautiful home, a peaceful & serene location, beautiful water and beaches and not a lot of crowds, then you have found your spot. "

The home is beautiful, exceptionally clean, spacious, and thoughtfully equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay. The location is absolutely perfect—just steps from the stunning beach while still being convenient to everything Great Exuma has to offer.Whether you’re traveling with family or up to four couples (we’ve done both!) the layout provides plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy time together. We keep coming back because it truly feels like a home away from home. We can’t recommend it highly enough and are already looking forward to our next visit!"

"TAKE ME BACK!!!! Enough said! No really, can’t say enough about the location of this beautiful home with the best layout for privacy. Each bedroom is its own little quarters with private bathroom. The common space is separate and allows for the early risers or late night guests to make all the noise they want to without bothering the other guests. The only recommendation I could make is possibly stock a few more mixing bowls for making pancakes/eggs in the morning; otherwise kitchen had everything we needed! Morning/evening walks along the beach is what did it for me…I loved the accessibility to the beach. Jonas (house manager) was super responsive and helpful with all of our questions and the only maintenance need we had during our stay was addressed immediately! For anyone who chooses this for their stay in beautiful Exuma…ENJOY!!!"
