Mahender was equally exceptional, bringing professionalism and a personal touch that made every interaction memorable. And the spa staff—wow. Every single person there contributed to an atmosphere of calm, care, and total relaxation. It was easily one of the best spa experiences I’ve ever had. This wasn’t just a stay—it was an experience I’ll be thinking about for a long time. If you’re looking for a place where every detail is perfect and every person makes you feel valued, this is it. We could hear the elephants exhaling deeply as they were waking up in the morning as if we were having a sleep over! My son loved every moment and didn’t want to leave. Can’t say enough good things. The staff were incredibly attentive, checking in twice a day and making sure everything was perfect, especially before bedtime. It felt very thoughtful and personalized. I didn’t end up using the main pool much, but it looked stunning. I did, however, experience their spa by the river and waterfalls—and it was truly magical. I originally booked for three days but loved it so much that I extended my stay to a full week. This is the perfect place if you’re looking to disconnect from city life, embrace nature, and spend quiet, intentional time with yourself. They do offer tours to places like Ubud and Mount Batur if you want to explore, but for me, the highlight was staying within the resort, enjoying the surroundings, and leaning into stillness. I genuinely fell in love with this property and would highly recommend it for anyone seeking peace, nature, and a reset. "
