This apartment is a short walk from the Bath Spa train station and is on the first floor overlooking Manvers Street. Luggage must be taken up 2 flights of stairs. The apartment bedrooms are similar to hotel room size, but having a living room and a small walk in kitchen for additional space makes this a decent value. The building itself is older and this is reflected in the giant heavy windows that you need a magazine to hold open and their corresponding heavy curtains ,or in the smaller 2 bathrooms, one of them ensuite. The apartment is a bit worn around the edges but clean, and all kitchen and bathroom facilities worked. There is no A/C or Washer. Dan the host was incredibly responsive, and all self-access and check in instructions are clear and accurate. We had 4 adults for a few nights here recently, and put the luggage in the living room as the bedrooms had little space for them. The apartment is 5 minutes walk from restaurants, coffee shops, and stores. We ate at a delightful Nepalese restaurant a few doors down. Depending on the season, Bath can have a bit of street noise, so be aware. All in all for the few nights there we were not unhappy.
