Our experience was fine. The staff were very nice. I think that a winter storm added a bit more stress than they were prepared to handle, though. They failed to provide us with our breakfast vouchers (though they corrected it the next day upon request) and they ran out of towels, leaving us with just 2 for 4 people (resolved when the crush of guests left)

Staff was very nice and welcoming. The staff gets 5 stars. The hot-tub was out of service after the first night of our 7 night stay. We were really looking forward to that amenity. Housekeeping only came to clean one day of our stay which, we requested and towels were offered on one other occasion. The bed was moderately comfortable. The property was priced correctly.

Clean room, easy check in, and pool was warm and clean but the hot tub was out of service. Breakfast looked like a typical free hotel breakfast but they charged $17/adult. We opted to go to one of the nearby restaurants. The staff were friendly. We left a bag in our room and they emailed within half an hour of leaving letting us know. We were able to quickly pick it up before going on our way.

We were asked for our credit card at check-in. We paid thinking that it was a security deposit, but we were actually charged for the room, although we paid through Expedia. We were then told to come back the next day because they could not give us a refund without the manager there. Other than that, everything was okay- the room was average.
