"We were staying at the hotel due to an early morning flight at AUS. Great location to stay as it was close to the airport; however, we were put off by a few things. Front desk worker was not friendly and looked like he had just rolled out of bed. The hallways were hotter than a sauna and the room was colder than a freezer. The elevator made interesting noises as we travelled to our floor both coming and going. The front desk worker in the morning was also not friendly as he seemed annoyed that I pulled him away from his cell phone to check out to get to my flight. I chose this location as it was decently priced and close to the airport. I was not interested in a higher priced location to be there for only a few hours. Unfortunately, next time I will pay more and stay elsewhere."

"The room was a good size with kitchen. Water pressure was terrible. Went down to search for Kleenex and tp and staff said they’d send it up. Never came even after calling. 2 hrs later we found a maid in the hall. Location was just ok and staff not very friendly."
