Nice accommodations but not accurate pricing

An early morning departure. I stayed at Delta Hotels to avoid sleeping in the concourse. Price offered online was NOT final price of 9 hour stay. Not sure the funds spent were worth the flat bed and hot water. Couldn't get free breakfast, as I left at 4am. Didn't use any amenities beyond the shower, so cannot speak to that. I can say despite being across the street from the terminals, the windows were well sealed and I didn't hear noise from other floors or outside. Super plush carpet in hallway made getting suitcase to elevator a challenge, but kept noises from hallway low. I will now pre-pay online when booking to avoid 'surprise!' charge when standing at the counter.

We were met with exceptional service although we were missing some amenities. They didn’t provide any slippers, toothbrushes, tissues, or enough cups and coffee mugs for our group of four before we arrived. We asked them for some and they were very polite. The cleaning services were also excellent.
