We did stay at The Hotel Lafayette on both sides of our cruise out of Bari so they worked it out that we could avoid the access charge, which we were very thankful to the Managers efforts to work it all out. But if he hadn't I believe it was around 50 eur pre person per day of use. So heads up on that."
