"Its was a great stay overall, staff were very nice and and attentive to anything, unfortunately the only downside i did not like was the room being at the very bottom, not much view. Overall id stay again, but pick and book a different room where it is more space and view."

"I normally never leave one star reviews but this deserved it. The moment we arrived to the hotel, the door lock never worked because of a loose handle (though this was later poorly fixed), then the hot water didn’t work and the staff tried to look at it, and couldn’t fix it, later the hot water worked intermittently, and the AC would randomly switch off, the drain had a horrific smell and the room was never cleaned on any days nor were the bins emptied for us once. It’s really frustrating as this property has nice staff and is in the perfect location, but has absolutely needs to be upgraded and updated ASAP"
