A huge hotel complex with many dining options. At the time we were there it was VERY busy. The rooms are spacious and nicely decorated but a little worn down. The location is perfect, right next to the river.

Nice but not amazing

The hotel and pool area were a bit tired and did not feel like the luxury that the brochures promised. In contrast, the reception area was beautiful and the evening pianist and singers et cetera were very good. The rooms need a good makeover. The location is very good for accessing the river boats and the skytrain.

Great location for a relaxed weekend - breakfast by the water and cocktails at Lebua in walking distance. Worth getting the room with the balcony for the river. Very helpful staff. Only glitch was that the Thai restaurant is only open for dinner!

The room is very spacious and clean, I was worried after reading some reviews that it would be tired, but, far from it, everything was clean and working. Being Bangkok, the balcony was noisy from road and river traffic but if you want to get a bit quieter walk to the main pool rather than the one in front of wing. The staff were all smiles and very pleasant.
