As a return guest. I was given an upgrade which wasn't much of one. Offered a large suite for an upgrade price. Room sat above the hotel cafeteria and offices. Pay extra for noise and furnished earplugs. I said no thank you. Was offered a different room that was better. Had a discussion with the highest manager on site and we settled my upset and be being offended. Stayed 6 days.

Room was lovely, with natural wood accents. Staff was friendly and helpful. Very convenient location, a 3 minute walk from Bumrengrad Hospital. Nice outdoor dining space with a good breakfast buffet. Good menu overall, especially pomelo salad!

Chose it mainly because it's next to the hospital but it's also a great place to stay for tourism. it has a great relaxing vibe and good services. Staff try hard. Some need more training in English maybe.
