"This place is great. It’s in the jungle, so with that, you have to cut some slack. It’s not even on a road, but staff will greet you at the end of the road and carry your luggage to the room for you (and from)! They also helped arrange our ride from Kualanamu (airport in Medan), our jungle trek guide, and our ride to Berestagi. The room has space, and we were able to get wifi and charge our devices. Jungle so a bit more like glamping. "
