Comfortable mountain hotel

Nice accommodations with galley kitchen and living space in addition to bedroom and bath. The Sheraton is close to the gondola at the Westin, bus stops, recreation center and library. Really a good all around location for all seasons of the yeay in Avon.

Great,clean, and spectacular

This was a very clean hotel! I have to say that the staff was cold, but the room felt very warm and inviting! Loved the mini mart accross the lobby it was ver convinient! Great stay!

Nice rooms, quiet, some convenience to shopping or services. Bus route to slopes across the street.

Pros: Quiet
Cons: Nothing close
Rooms are nice, although I was given a handicapped room. Parking in garage is heated and easy to access. Lockers for skis is nice and is free. Small coffee shop had cereal and other small food items. No dining at hotel and must take car to dining or shopping in Avon. ABout 3 miles from BC slopes.

Good vacation location for a summer stay.

Pros: Close restaurants, nice pool
Cons: Noisy, no air conditioning1
We have stayed at this property several years ago, and i like the room upgrades and decorative improvements. The pool area is the primary reason we come up to the mountains in the summertime. The only real complaint is the lack of air-conditioning. It is provided in the hallways and main areas, certainly in the workout rooms! But to not have it in the rooms is a poor choice. Our bedroom fan was broken for the first night and the heat was intolerable. I do want to commend the maintenance tech, Ryan for his prompt service.

Up-scale, clean and well managed

This is a very nice property worth considering if you like the Beaver Creek ski area. Beaver Creek can be pricy if you stay on the mountain. THis property is an excellent alternative much less expensive than the mountain resorts. Well designed facility with underground parking. Great location and property.

Wonderful hotel and accomodating staff!

Pros: Free Internet, Quiet
It was a wonderful experience to stay in this hotel. The room was clean, set up well and made us feel at home. The staff was extraordinary! We would stay there again any day! Thank you!

Nice but a few words,,,

The room was well appointed and VERY comfortable, however, the street facing rooms are loud with traffic noise. Also, there is no Airconditioning so remember that if you are going in the summer. Parking is underground and very secure. The concierge desk is VERY helpful.The resort location is quite nice and convenient to many shops, walking distance to almost everything in Avon. The outdoor jacuzzi seems to have endless problems with the jets. Only one side worked during our trip and that was intermittant. A frequent guest we encountered said they have problems with it all the time. Over-all this was a nice stay. I'd make sure we got a mountain facing room next time.

Very spacious

We were 3 adults in 1 room. We were concerned that we would be tight for space, but the rooms in this hotel are big. There is a separate dining area with sink, fridge microwave dishes silverware coffee maker etc. Then there is a living room with fireplace and TV. then there is a separate bedroom also with a TV. The bathroom is clean and well equipped. This is a great property for a family to stay in 1 room comfortably.

Beautiful Resort

The Sheraton Mountain Vista is our favorite hotel to stay at. The suites are absolutely wonderful and filled with ammenities. The entire hotel is clean and beautiful. The staff goes out of their way to make you feel welcome - even the maintenance staff say hello whenever you see them! We have stayed here with friends and family and will definately stay as often as we can in the future. The hotel definately has a standard of excellence and strives to maintain it.
