Good room and location. Only issue was the walls was not sound proof. Can hear next door. But my neighbors was respectful also so wasn't that much of a issue.

I was given an upgrade which was cool. But my mini fridge wasn’t working. I called them. No one came. Next day I told the front desk, they replaced it. Now it worked but was weak. "Ideal location right next to the main train station. I loved the water bottle fill station - the bubbly water tasted so good. Service was very friendly. We arrived a couple of hours before check-in and luckily, they were able to let us check in early. We were very grateful as we'd been traveling all night. The bed was a little firm for my liking but otherwise the room was very comfortable. Highly recommend this hotel! "
