DAKOTA MOUNTAIN RETREAT

You can truly unwind at this spacious southern complex tucked away in Dripping Springs. The back patio oasis is complete with a sparkling pool, multiple seating areas with comfortable patio furniture, an outdoor dining table, fire pit and BBQ grill!


COMMON AREAS

Inside, you can curl up on the comfortable living room furniture to enjoy a good book or your favorite movie on the flat screen TV. 

Home chefs will enjoy cooking in the modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances and plenty of counter space. Four barstools are placed at the kitchen bar top and a dining table offers additional seating for 8.

Just across the kitchen, is a formal dining room with seating for 12 people.


BEDROOMS

Bedroom 1, downstairs, is fitted with a Queen bed. The game room, which is on the main level as well, is fitted with a sleeper sofa that sleeps 2. Bedroom 2, the Primary, is fitted with a King bed and ensuite bathroom. Also located in the Primary bedroom's large walk-in closet is Bedroom 3, which is fitted with a Twin over Twin bunk and is best suited for chilldren. Bedroom 4 and Bedroom 5 are both fitted with a King Bed. Bedroom 6 is fitted with a Queen bed. Bedroom 7 is fitted with two Queen beds and has 2 sleeper sofas which sleep 1 guest each.

THINGS TO NOTE

1) While this home accommodates up to 20 guests, only the number of guests listed on your reservation will be permitted at the property. When booking on Airbnb, the system initially allows you to book for up to 16 guests. After booking, you MUST click “edit reservation”, increase the group size to the correct number of guests, and pay the additional guest fee of $75 per person per night for your additional guests (up to 20 total guests) to confirm your booking.

2) This property is the perfect home base for families, family reunions, business travelers, responsible bachelor/bachelorette groups, and those looking to getaway for some R&R. Disruptive party groups are not permitted.

3) The pool can be heated to 85 degrees and there is an additional fee of $200/day (plus tax).
