Free parking, quiet

This place was a nightmare. super disappointing for an Embassy Suites. Upon check in I was told the hot tub and pool heater had been broken for 6 months. The room was dirty there were no trash bags in the trash bins and no stopper for the bathtub and the bathroom had others peoples hair in the shower and on the floor, called the front desk...sorry no service from housekeeping or maintenance until 9am tomorrow. Morning 1 I put tea in the microwave just for a 10 second warm up, thank goodness i didnt set it for 2 minutes and walk away because the microwave caught on fire. I opened it to a cloud of electrical smoke in my face. Their solution was to bring a new microwave and shoe me how to open the window. We had to leave the suite for the morning to let the smell clear.it was day 3 that i Realized the Keurig machine was cockroach infested (SOOO GROSS)as was the bathroom, when you turned on the light they scurried into the peeling wallpaper I was there for a 7 day stay with my mobility disabled mother. The elevator worked 4of the 7 day we were there. The other 3 days we were riding in the freight elevator exposed to hoppers of dirty laundry and smelly trash bags. The sign at the desk says not satisfied we'll make it right, at checkout I asked what that meant they said usually money back but since I paid through travelocity I would have to go through them. She asked besides the elevator what were my complaints my response was top 3, microwave fire, cockroaches and cleanliness.
