The disabled access rooms were very far from the lobby. My mom had to stop twice to catch her breathe The restaurant is too expensive. A steak was $60. Also, I had to pay $5 for a Pepto. Plus the reservation was under my mother's name for some reason. They couldn't find my reservation.

Shuttle drivers are very courteous, friendly, and helpful. Front desk agents appear to enjoy their jobs and they even offer freshly baked gourmet cookies upon check-in. Hotel is clean, quiet, and has an airport runway view from hotel room. A+

Front desk was super nice and helpful. Lobby was beautiful and I felt safe in the location. The room though was outdated. The popcorn ceiling was peeling, the bathroom door had water damage and bubbles all over, overall it was clean but old and outdated.

You guys did great . The hotel had recently experienced a broken water pipe but even with all the moisture remediation the hotel still held to a high standard . Thank you for a very pleasant stay . The bartender and wait staff was excellent as well
