Comfortable close to the city

The accommodation was comfortable and within walking distance (20 minutes) from Queen St. It offered all we needed for a few nights stay. The team at myhotels gave us prompt and courteous service, nothing was too troublesome for them. All in all a really good experience.

Shocking

we we stayed at the above address last night and I just have a few complaints. First of all we were told to come to Albert street to pick up key at 3pm. On arrival there was no key and apparently it was being walked back to Albert street by the cleaner. We were fobbed off and disregarded even tho we had plans that had to be rearranged because of your error. Second of all on arrival the place had not been vacuumed. Biscuit crumbs on the bedroom floor. No spoons in the entire apartment. Only 2 forks, 1 glass and only 2 towels for the 4 guests booked. I was really stressed and disgusted at the state of it. Then to top it all off the dishwasher had dirty pots in there which has obviously been they a long time as the stench in there was disgusting. I think the property management was at fault and not necessarily the room.

Appartement 96 on Symonds in Auckland

Our arrival was very deceiving for the following reasons: - there was a key mixup and we had to wait more than an hour to get in the apartment - there was only one key available. This is a 2 bedroom apartment, we were 3 adults that at some times had our own agenda so we should have had 3 sets of keys. Having only one set available made it very complicated. Also, there were very few glasses available.
