This property was handy to the shops, train and motorway. Our room had all we needed and was quiet and clean. I had an issue with the TV but the office team sorted it out quickly. I would stay there again.

Convenient Hotel to Ellerslie. The hotel needs major updating. There was some mold in the bathroom. The lack of bathroom privacy from the bedroom was weird. When we checked out, there was no one at the front desk. We left our key.

Terrible. My booking for check in on the 13 and check out on the 16. When I arrived on the evening of the 15 a couple of people were having sex in my room. I went to the reception found no one there. Pressed the button for the duty manager and was no answer. This was very horrible

I had a pleasant enough room, but, I had to ask for an adapter for the bed side lights as they were fitted with american plugs. A couple of the lights in the room and bathroom were not working, and the wardrobe door was broken. No breakfast on Saturdays and public holidays was not good!
